What it is
ROBA OS is the daily company-works surface — a portable habitat your team can keep.
In plain terms: ROBA OS is browser-based workspace software (SaaS) for small companies, teams, and individuals. You get shared tasks, day logs, a personal inbox, shared references and files, simple folders, and a chat-style command bar that finds and acts on items already saved in the workspace. Use it as a Hosted subscription we run for you, or as a Private install on a server you control.

Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax / VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Hosted is a subscription per workspace, billed monthly or yearly, that renews automatically until you cancel; cancel any time and keep access to the end of the paid period. Early access. Hosted trials are free and invite-only: apply here, we provision, then you sign in. No card is needed for the trial, and it never turns into a paid plan on its own — you subscribe through Paddle checkout only if you choose to.
Features move from our own dogfood into Hosted on purpose.

Is this open self-signup?
No. Day-one Hosted is invite-only. Apply for a trial with your email and organization or team name (individuals welcome); we review and provision a workspace, then send an Owner invite link.
Is ROBA OS another chat app?
No. It is a company-works habitat — tasks, logs, references, folders. Chat is a light remote against what is already saved, not a second system of record.
Who is the seller?
ROBA OS is made by iudot Inc., a company incorporated in Labuan, Malaysia. Online orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which handles payment, tax, invoices, and refunds. Your use of ROBA OS is under the ROBA OS Terms.
Can I run it on my own servers?
Yes — that is Private. Ask about Private install; we install on a server you control, with optional monthly maintenance.
Are the prices final?
These are our current early-access prices. If we change them, existing subscribers get at least 30 days’ email notice before a new price applies, and can cancel before it does. Private pricing is confirmed in a written order.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel any time from the Paddle link in your receipt, at paddle.net, or by emailing support@iudot.co. Access continues to the end of the paid period. You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, including renewals. Details: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where do I sign in after I’m provisioned?
Use the app at app.robaos.iudot.co/login after you open your Owner invite link.
